Devlog_Level Design Ideation_Hao


Welcome to the level design dev log for our game set in the Future AI World! In this dev log, we'll be focusing on the ideation step for our ice world and robot city levels.

Concept: Our game takes place in a world run by advanced artificial intelligence. The ice world level will take place in a frozen wasteland with icy cliffs and caverns. The robot city level will take place in a bustling metropolis filled with robots and technology.

Level Spaces: We want to create a diverse range of spaces for the players to navigate through. We'll have four different types of spaces: open space, narrow space, covered space, and vertical space. Open space will be vast areas where players can use their long-range weapons, while narrow space will require the players to use their agility abilities to avoid obstacles and attacks. Covered space will provide cover for players to hide behind, while vertical space will give players a different experience and challenge of the level in multiple dimensions.
